NOTES: (please read)
Please keep in contact with your student(s) as rain is predicted for every day except Wed. Practice can be moved indoors, but everything else is outdoors and cancellations are a last minute occurrence. This is the nature of the beast.

The kids should not be waiting until the morning of a parade/practice to start drinking water. This entire month and into the next they should be drinking enough water each day to ‘pee clear’. This has a purpose. If the students keep themselves constantly hydrated, they are less likely to suffer when the weather becomes extreme. If the kids should currently be ‘hydrating-up’.

The Parent Preview on Wednesday is a picnic where we get to be the first to see the show. Please bring your own items for dinner with one dish to share. T-Shirt orders and DCI orders are due this same evening.

Additional information will be coming on when and where to meet for the parades.

Pictures are still in the process of being scheduled.

If you would like to volunteer for any parade or festival, please contact Margie Chamberlain at tinman12@nsatel.net. We need to start keeping track of who is helping with these events and to know that we have volunteer coverage for the season. Also, sometimes we do get too many people trying to help. This is a wonderful problem to have! Thank you parents!!

If you ever have any conflict with a practice or parade, you should be contacting Tom. tomgallus@aol.com

I apologize for not getting this note out sooner, but I had a graduation, a lot of family in from out of town, a graduation party, and then clean-up. The rest of the summer should be a breeze!

Thank you ~ Eileen
