Marching for Moola 6/27 Update

Driver/Chaperones:  please arrive at your designated school by 5:30 to be in place when the kids arrive.  Please wait for your teams in the front of the school; in Elk River, please gather near the Elk Statue, for Rogers, please gather in the lawn area in front of the band room door.  Once you have your group, your bucket and your map, please proceed to your assigned area and begin collections.  Return to ERHS by 7:45 to hand in your donation.  We will have refreshments at the school.

 Cadets:  please review the list below, find your team and note which school (ERHS or RHS) you will start from.  Note:  Otsego groups, you will depart from either RHS or ERHS – check the list below.   Plan your arrival for 5:30pm at your designated school, then look for your chaperone.  All teams will return to ERHS to hand in their collection buckets and get refreshments.  If you drive, please park at your starting point, and your chaperone will return you to your car.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR CADETS TOUR SHIRT.  It is very important to show you are a part of our organization.  You do not need to bring your instrument, we will not be playing this year.

 Parents:  please drop your cadet at their starting point per the list below.  Pick up will be at ERHS, regardless of where the group starts from, you can plan to pick up at 8:30.  If we finish earlier, your Cadet will text you to let you know they are ready.
