Welcome to the Members page. While your here you’ll find information that will be helpful to you. Below are some ideas that can help you be at your peak and ready to perform.

  • Get plenty of sleep, especially the night before parades.
  • Hydrate yourself and keep water with you at all times.
  • Always eat good food. Before you perform a light meal with plenty of carbs is always best. Some suggestions are a 6″ Sub, salad, fresh fruit and vegetables, water or a non carbonated beverage.
  • In the morning do some stretches, work your abs, arms and legs to keep muscles ready to stand straight and maintain great posture.
  • Smile!
