RVPT – Drumline

River Valley Percussion Theatre (RVPT)  is sponsored by the 728 Cadets and features talented students from District 728 schools, including Elk River, Rogers, and Zimmerman. This exciting indoor percussion ensemble marries elements of music, marching, and body movement to create a competitive theatrical production based on a single concept or story. The group involves all percussion instruments including drums, keyboards, and electronics. Students have the opportunity to learn or continue study on a percussion or keyboard instrument at a high level.

Following three months of rigorous rehearsal RVPT will join drumlines throughout the state in February, March and April showcasing their talents and hard work while competing to impress judges from Minnesota Percussion Association (MPA).
