RVWG – Winter Guard

River Valley Winter Guard (RVWG) is sponsored by the 728 Cadets and features talented students from District 728 schools, including Elk River, Rogers, and Zimmerman. The winter color guard program is an artistic and interpretive performance activity that combines music and modern dance with flags, sabres, mock rifles, and other traditional marching band equipment.

Following four months of rigorous practice RVWG will join color guard units throughout the state in February, March and April showcasing their talents and hard work while competing to impress judges from North Star Circuit (NSC).
