Saturday, March 21, 2026, Elk River High School  
1pm (NSC) and 3:30pm (MPA)

We are pleased to announce that the River Valley Performing Arts will be hosting a North Star Circuit (NSC) for guard and Minnesota Percussion Association (MPA) drumline and horn line show on Saturday, March 21st at Elk River High School. The NSC show begins at 1pm with the MPA show starting at 3:30pm. We need volunteers in various shifts from 10am to 10pm that day as the home show requires a lot of volunteers, including but not limited to, ticket taking, concessions, warm up room assistants, parking lot attendants, food donations, etc. We really depend on every family to have someone volunteer or contribute to the home show!!
